Hi, I’m sorry if that’s the wrong place to ask that question. After many stable years with cubase pro, all of the sudden it freezes on close. There are crash dumps. However, I tried to contact support via the web-site (e.g., to send the crash dumps) and I can’t find how to create a ticket (rather than a message saying I need to contact a steinberg distributor (?). What should I do?

There’s also the option to send these crash dumps to steinberg, read the pop-up that you get after the crash upon restarting cubase
I live in Israel. I did send the crash dump via the cubase restart team. What is the practical way to narrow down the reasons why cubase all of the sudden freezes on project close (with crash dumps)? I am very experienced user and I was in a very stable environment without those issues until few days ago…

You can analyze your crash dumps using WinDBg.
