I bought the Cubase IC Pro application, but it does not work on Cubase 14 Pro. Why?

I know exactly what distositives it goes on and how it is installed, but I did everything as it should, but it doesn’t work. In the past, until Cubase 14 came out, I used it on Cubase 12. Now, on Cubase 14, it doesn’t want to connect.

I have the same problem. Have you at Steinberg tested the app on Cubase 14? because the link you sent is from 2023

I gave Cubase iC Pro a short check with Cubase 14 using an iPhone SE and a Samsung Android smartphone, where things work as expected (see the iPhone SE example clip below, sorry for the bad quality).

I managed to get it working! I re-installed Remote Ski & bonjour again & it still didn’t work, so I double checked my Firewall settings to make sure Bonjour was on my allowed programs list, which it was from last time. So, while I was doing that I added Cubase to the allowed list & I also turned bluetooth off on my phone & now it works! Thanks for the Video

Hi!
I am on Sequoia OSX and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Cubase Remote stopped finding my computer. I have re-installed Ski Remote download from steinberg website and tried inputting IP Address and nothing is finding my computer.
Can tou please help troubleshoot?

I have the same problem on MAc OS Ventura and Cubase 14 Pro. My Cubase IC Pro doesn’t see my computer. Even when I try to enter IP.
I found the problem. For some reason, there was no Steinberg SKI extension displayed in the Studio setup menu. So I added device “Steinberg SKI remote”. After that, there was still no connection, but then I entered IP manually on my tablet and connection was established.
Hope this helps someone else too.
One more question, Lars.
Is there a way to have split screen? I’d like to have a view on project overview and mix console. There was an option for that before, but now I don’t see it.

The split screens are available in the iPad version.

Ahaaa, that’s it. I was using iPad before, but now I have Huawei tablet.
