Cubase iC Pro for iPad freezing on connection

Hi everyone

I am having issues connection Cubase iC Pro on my iPad Pro (running iPadOS 16.5.1) to my Cubase 11 session running on a 2019 Mac Pro (running macOS 10.15.7). IC Pro was working fine ever since I bought it a few weeks ago, but today when I try connecting it to my Cubase session, it gets stuck trying to connect. I’ve attached the screen it gets stuck on. I can’t even press ‘cancel’ or do anything else on this screen.

I’ve read many articles about unaddressed iC Pro bugs, so I’m not getting my hopes up on a solution, but I am curious if anyone has encountered this situation and if they know of any fixes/workarounds.

For what it’s worth, I can connect to my computer perfectly fine on the iOS version of iC Pro

Any thoughts help, thanks!

Hi everyone

I have found a solution to the problem.
It was a network issue. I just had to reset my router and refresh the app.
