Good evining, I bought a Lexicon Lambda audio interface years ago and I had the CD with the license, I changed country of residence and I don’t have access to the CD with Cubase LE 8, it comes in handy now that the eLicenser asks me for the upgradeable License:
Of course I bought the License for the upgrade from Cubase LE 8 to Cubase Elements 13:
I would like to know if the Steinberg personel can help me with this issue given that I paid for the upgrade but I am stuck not being able to compose music with Cubase Elements 13. I couldn’t find other direct contact methods with which I could reach Steinberg, I only found the retailer contacts, one for some European countries was: 00494101303333 , I treid contacting them to no avail a weird phone sound was heard as if it was lost in limbo (calling from Greece to German phone number).
I do not have an Steinberg account connected with the eLicenser I used for Cubase LE 8, it has been a long time and I think I lost the e-mail it was associated with. I wish a member of the Steinberg Customer Support crew would step in and asked me for proof of my Lexicon Lambda (that came with the CD of Cubase LE 8), I would show them the pictures and perhaps they would kindly grant me the license. Otherwise I need a refund for the 20 euros I paid for it. Unfortunately the Customer Service contact is really hard to reach if not impossible, I have to pay international phone fees to call from Greece to Germany (Yamahaa reseller).
