I have Cubase AI 11, and Cubase AI 15 appears under “Purchased Products” in Steinberg Download Assistant.
However, Cubase AI 15 does not appear in Steinberg Activation Manager or MySteinberg, and I get “No license found” when I start Cubase AI 15.
Could you please add the latest Cubase AI license to my account?

After Installing Windows on my new PC, I can’t activate my license for Cubase 9.5 LE. Is it possible for me to upgrade Cubase to new version that doesn’t have problems with the soft_eLicenser?

Hi, I would like to request a Cubase AI update license from Cubase AI 11 up to Cubase AI 15.
I’m not able to activate that e-licenser from my UR22MkII on my M3 MacBook Pro. I also own a UR44C, which also provides me a download access code for the same software. I don’t want to use that download access code unless there is no other solution. So I wanna get Cubase AI 15 license update by requesting it justice any other user would.
On the other hand, I would appreciate advice on how I should proceed with the UR44C download access code. I’m not sure if that access code comes with other software licensing integrations, mainly because the URC interfaces also come with the DSP mix Fx UR-C console, which includes 3 extra plug-ins for that console. Or will the basic FX license will manage and provide licenses for those plug-ins in the DSP mix FX UR-C software.

The plug-ins are covered by the Basic FX Suite license that you have activated already.

I hope you can help me as well. I own a Steinberg UR22C, registered to my MySteinberg account back in 2020, and I was using the bundled Cubase AI 11, which was licensed via Soft-eLicenser.
I’ve now moved to a new computer, so that license can no longer be reactivated since the eLicenser service was shut down. Steinberg Download Assistant shows Cubase AI 15 under “My products”, but Steinberg Activation Manager shows no licenses at all.
Would it be possible to have the current Cubase AI license added to my account under Steinberg Licensing? I’m happy to send my account email and the interface’s serial number by private message.

I was told to post it here.. I guess i post it in the wrong section 
I am trying to activate my registered Cubase 9 AI/LE license, but I cannot do so because the eLicenser servers are down.
I have already submitted a formal support ticket about this. My ticket number is #782376
Could you please look into this for me too? and help me get the updated Steinberg Licensing code? I would really appreciate the help so I can get back to making music.
