Hey, I have got Cubase LE once and wanted to use it now. I registered it a while back but now eLicenser software not detecting it. What sould I do, I do see it in the website:

Either you are using different MySteinberg account, or your old Soft-eLicenser wasn’t registered in your MySteinberg account.
Btw, you are allowed to get Cubase LE 13 update for free (you can ask for it in this thread). But first, you have to solve your old Cubase LE 9.5 license.
But how can I do that if it does not listing it. I am using the correct MySteinberg account.
Are there any other options?
I also noticed that when I try to start the program and activate - the code pattern is different from what I have:
But my activation code is in groups of 5: e.g.

Is it really an Activation Code, or is it a Download Access Code?
But it doesn’t matter. This is the wrong way; you don’t need this window, and you will not Enter the Activation Code at all. You have to Reactivate your license, as described above.
Actually it’s a serial number. That is the only thing I have for it.
