Cubase Pro 14 keeps resetting Audio Connections (inputs and outputs)

Every time I start up Cubase Pro 14, Audio Connections reset (Input and Outputs are wiped). Screenshots attached.

On Pro 12, the last settings were recalled if the same audio devices were still connected on startup. Now I have to manually recall a preset on each startup, even though I make no changes to what interface I’m using. This applies also if just closing down Cubase, then immediately starting up again.

Is there a way to have Cubase keep my settings, or save some sort of default setting?

Hi,

To me, it looks the same as this one.

Thanks Martin, does indeed seem to be the same issue. Did not find the other thread on a search before posting. My bad.

I noticed I can get around it if I recall a saved template using the Input and Output presets instead of a blank project. Sometimes I do want to start with an empty project however (when creating mp3 files from wave files for example), so it would be nice if Cubase could just retain the last settings.
