Hello everyone,
I would like to control my “LED BossFx-1” via VST Live Pro. For this I use a Eurolite USB DMX512 Pro Cable Interface and a MacBook Pro with M2.
I selected the “DMX Mixer In” for the input in the DMX track and my USB light interface for the output. Unfortunately nothing happens when I turn the faders in the mixer. Can anyone give me a tip as to what I might be doing wrong?
I activated the DMX control on the lamp.

Put in REC+MONITOR mode, push rec button on DMX track (I guess everithing is set under (Connections/DMX)
That should work (master fader is not jet functioning, nothing to do with it). What is your experience, what is working, what not?
In the Visualizer I can see the color changing. But when I change the Output to my Interface, there is no reaction from my LED BossFx-1.

If you have some information in DMX track, release recording mode and try just play-back DMX track information to your device.
Does any Activity arriving there?

I have the VST Live Pro-Version. It doesn’t work even when I release recording mode.
Is it possible that there is a problem with my Interface. I have the Eurolite USB DMX Pro Cable Interface. In VST Live I only see FT232R USB UART Out. I thought that this is my Interface.
When I use another lightningprogramm there is no problem with the interface.

I think, it could be a problem with my dmx-interface. Is there a tutorial how I connect it in VST Live?

Here are the settings in my project. I connected a Varytec Hero Spot 60 with the interface. But there is still no reaction.
Okay. First quickly:
If set TRACK DMX OUT to Visualizer, then output Signal is exclusively sent to visualiser.
Change TRACK OUT to “usb”, it will send data there
… “Pro”, here we go. Sorry, I thought we are talking about “ENTEC DMX USB Pro”. That one is already supported with VST Live. But were we have another interface. I guess you are running the lastest version which you can download here? And I guess (again) it will not work. The problem with all those DMX interfaces is that there is no official protocol. So we need to get requested hardware to add it to VST Live.
Can you please point me to a shop or official webpage of your cable? Then we’ll get one and do our best to add it quickly to VST Live
