Working here, if you’re on win, try to copy the preferences folder.
I shouldn’t have to do that. What is “the preferences folder”? I found some in that hidden AppData folder (which is a dumb place to put that kind of stuff).

C:\Users\Clay\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 10_64
Should I copy that entire folder? I copied some of the files there.
