Hi Tom, thanks, that worked. But in the diagnostics report no crash dumps are contained. Also from the logging I also see no indication for a crash, so I really wonder.
I will take a look again tomorrow when back to the office.

Ok This happened again. I managed to grab a screen shot, the crash report and the diagnostic file too.
It happened immediately after I rendered an audio file of the project.
Unfortunately I didn’t have PM running.

Hi Tom, that is interesting, and I wonder why the crash dump does not appear in the diagnostics report. However, good that you could retrieve it and attach.
Tomorrow in the office I will run the dump through my tool, will report back.

Hi Tom, I had a first look, but can’t really say something. The crash is not same like the other 2 before, but it is in a similar area of the code. I need one of our specialist to take a look again and see what he says.
Regarding that other problem you had, Dorico freezing while saving a project, do you still have that? For that problem there is another, better analyze tool that you could run called Windows Performance Recorder. That tool is very easy to run, but creates big amounts of data, of the size you can’t attach here or to an email anymore. But I could provide you a login to my ftp server where you could upload all that data. If you agree on that, I’d provide you more info via private mail.
