Dorico 4 hangs on startup

Could you please have a look for crash files in the Console app, particular for Dorico 4 AudioEngine crashes?
Also please provide the following:

Please zip up the Dorico 4 folder from /Users/your-username/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/ (Mac) or %APPDATA%\Steinberg (Windows) and attach it here, and we’ll see if we can figure out what might be going wrong.

also please the folder Activation Manager from /Users/your-username/Library/Application Support/Steinberg too.

could you please also zip up the folder “Dorico 4 AudioEngine”?

The audio engine folder is in /Users/your-username/Library/Preferences.
