Thanks, John. If you choose About This Mac from the Apple menu, does it show that your Mac has an Intel Graphics 5000HD graphics adaptor? If so, you will be experiencing the same problem described here:

Just downloaded, which I couldn’t do through Steinberg Download Assistant (it couldn’t see the internet connection). When I open Dorico it crashes. Then when I click Reopen, it automatically opens a terminal window (I’ve never seen that before!) which is telling me: The default interactive shell is now zsh.
