Il ne m’est plus possible d’ouvir mon logiciel cubase (vst 3,5) et tous mes fichers .all et .arr sont sur un disque externe. Je souhaiterai pouvoir les récupérer et acher Dorico afin de continuer a travailler mes partitions.
Comment puis-je procéder ?

Check this thread. Basically, you’ll have to install Cubase SX3, if you have a licence for it (which should be installed on an USB eLicenser key), and convert your old project files to the present .cpr project files format with it.
