Is there any way i can fix the size of a track?

I would like to fix the size of my chord track and markers to a smaller size, so when I zoom around and normalize track sizes, the size of chord track and marker don’t get enlarged and occupy space.

This is possible by using Divide Track List:
Dividing the Track List

Any tracks tracks put above the divider will have an independent vertical zoom level from the rest of your project. You can drag the divider up to hide the Chord and Marker tracks when you don’t need to be looking at them. Colored Markers will still display their marker lines.

Unfortunately the track list has some other issues, which make it hard to use:
