This issue lives in v9 too. It happens when tempo track is enabled.
It’s impossible to control cross-fades, please fix this!

I can confirm this one. Crossfades waveform preview gets messy at times.
Its only a graphical glitch, but a very annoying one. Its been like this since v8 but still hasnt been fixed.
