I have Groove Agent libraries missing in MediaBay. Can you guys help me fix this problem ?

From your 2nd pic it looks like you’ve set the Media Bay to not scan the Groove Agent folder. What happens if you check the box to enable scanning.
The box can’t be checked.
That’s odd, I’ve never heard of that happening before.
My issue has not been fixed.
Maybe the OS has the folder write protected or otherwise restricts access to it. It looks like you are on Windows. Try using File Explorer to see if you can find any clues about why you can’t select the folder to be scanned.
Without more info it’ll be hard for anyone to speculate about what might be happening.
