There is an issue with newest IK Multimedia plugin named Lurssen Mastering Console (VST3)…
Anyone with the same problem here? 
MAC platform (Mac Pro 5.1 12-core, 32Gb RAM, OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite)

I don’t ever plan to use this plugin and slightly afraid to install such a large plugin/app just to try this but I can say that all other IK plugins I’ve tested show the GUI OK.
The IK installers are kind of a hassle IMO.
Did you try WL9 in 32-bit mode as a test? Maybe reach out to IK support to see if any other users have reported?

Lurssen Mastering Console version 1.0.1 is now available in your IK User Area under My Products.
Changes from version 1.0:
- Added WRITE and TOUCH automation modes
- Added resizable GUI
- Added Drag & Drop file import mode
- General reliability improvements
