Just do it. Risk-free since it is a separate installation.
Other than the inability to render new audio in a video, I really can’t find any downside. N10.3 runs better then all previous N10 versions, in all aspects, on my Windows 7 system.
Doing fine so far except the meters on my master strip are like 8-10 sec delayed, anyone else seen that? 
The rest of the mixer is fine…
