Has [BON-16608] been fixed in Cubase 9?

Has this been fixed in v9?

This bug has been introduced in 8.5.1 in February.

no.
it won’t turn off if you slightly move the mouse. You have to completely stop the coursor on the button and then click.
That’s annoying.
I haven’t found any fixed bugs for me. I still have same old ones.
But overall i’m happy with update. This docking mixer is quite useful (and I have two monitors)

I jumped from 7.5 to 9… Gah! This is so annoying.
