How can I render the audio from two tracks into one?

Do you also happen to know how I can render the audio from two tracks into one? That is especially interesting when sound designing because I dont want 20+ audio tracks stacked upon one another and want to bounce all the audio into one track but I havn’t found a way to do this with the rendering option or exporting, except assigning a new group track but that’s too time consuming.
