How to connect IC Pro Android to PC?

My setup:
Android phone w Cubase IC Pro
Wi-Fi network router connected to LAN
Windows 10 PC connected to LAN
Installed Apple Bonjour (std Windows firewall is used)
Installed Steinberg SKI Remote
Restared PC
Checked IP Config for PC IPv4 address
Started IC Pro on Android phone
Started Cubase 12 Pro
Typed in the IP in IC Pro - nothing happens. I click Submit - nothing…Frozen screen

Is there a manual to this thing, I cannot find any?
Did I miss a step?
