In engrave mode set the bracketed properties (scroll far to the right) to round

In engrave mode set the hide stem property in Notes and rests

If you want to display a perfect unison trill with an auxiliary note, this post might be helpful.

Enharmonic trills

You can fake this by adding another note at the same rhythmic position in another voice, e.g. a third lower. Add a trill with a 3rd interval to that note, hide the notehead, suppress playback, and hide the trill mark in the properties panel. Then add the unison trill to the top note. Playback might still be messy but I think positioning is easier compared to using lines. [image]

Set the appearance to auxiliary note, and check that you have the correct interval.
