How to quantize MIDI for Orchestral music production?

Hello, I am writing the orchestral music. How can I quantize MIDI notes with left shifting to make them like this? Are there any functions to make MIDI notes being humanized?

I use the Logical Editor - you can randomise to your heart’s content.

is there any midi fx or function which allows doing strum?

Here’s how I do it for a four note chord- Macro: Logical Editor Preset A Logical Editor Preset B Logical Editor Preset C Logical Preset A: Context Variable = Note Number in Chord, 0 Position: Add 0.00.00.060 Preset B and C are the same, but Note Number increments by one, and ‘Add’ adds larger values. (the lowest note does not need to be moved.)

Sorry, nowadays it’s called Soft Quantize Mode and the Quantize Strength.
