How/When shall I receive the Cubase LE 12 upgrade from LE 11 e-licencer

Hello, Matthias! I have two Cubase LE11 licenses. Is it still possible to upgrade them to versions that use the new licensing system?

Hi @Matthias_Quellmann I have a Cubase AI4 license activated in my software eLicenser control center but I can’t install it on my PC since it’s not supported in Windows 10. Is it possible to upgrade my existing license to a license for a newer Cubase version which is supported by my OS?

Many thanks for the helps you are providing to som many users. I’m in a similar situation (I believe) since I have a Cubase AI 9.5 licenses that I have been using since years…
Can you please update that license to the latest that will allow me to purchase an upgrade to a higher version?
I’m a litle bit lost with the old vs new licensing systems and I can see I have some products in both of them (Steinberg licensing and e-licenser).. is there anything else I should do t move all of them to the most recent one?

Hi there, i“ve had an SSD Crash an was forced to install Windows from the Scratch. I“m not sure, but i`m very confident i had LE 14 installed before the Crash.

Now the Download Assistance only shows up 11 and 13.

I deleted the old Computer in the Account Manager but it doesn`t seem to work.

Or am i Wrong and Stuck with LE 13 ?

Got it, i`ve just installed 14 and now it shows up and everything ist fine …

You can download it directly from here if you think you have a license already

If it doesn’t work then you’ll need a license update form Matthias or directly from support.

Hi all and Matthias, I am also struggling like the rest. I tried some things back in January, but totally left it last minute to check this forum. I am also on LE 11 but I believe my license should be for 14 (according to audient at least). Can anything be done about this? Thanks in advance!
