Hub problem: cubase 10.5 at starting the program part of the hub window stays black

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

I can find the buttons at the downside of the hub (cancel, create) but the otheers I can’t reach.

What graphic card do you use, please? Try to reinstall its driver and make sure you install it as administrator, please.

I have a Radeon 560 Graphics Card (Videocard). I’m using a Macbook Pro 15" 2018.
I 've tried to find an update at the website support.apple.com/en-gbHT201541. Software update says that my Mac is up to date.

I see, you are on Mac. Did you update to macOS Sonoma already? If yes, then this is a known issue. And Cubase 10.5 will never be compatible with Sonoma.

Hi,

You have to wait for a compatible Cubase version and then update. It will be either Cubase 12 (with an necessary update) or the upcoming Cubase 13. At this moment there is no officially compatible Cubase version.

Hola ! actualice a Sonoma y las pantallas aparecen de color rosa. Sin embargo el Cubase 10 no sufre ese problema y corre lo mas bien
