Hi,

I can’t imagine, what parts you mean, could you attach a screenshot, please?

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

Hello Martin. I attatched a fptp of the screen. Hope you can see it.

I can find the buttons at the downside of the hub (cancel, create) but the otheers I can’t reach.

Hi,

What graphic card do you use, please? Try to reinstall its driver and make sure you install it as administrator, please.

I have a Radeon 560 Graphics Card (Videocard). I’m using a Macbook Pro 15" 2018.
I 've tried to find an update at the website support.apple.com/en-gbHT201541. Software update says that my Mac is up to date.

Hi,

I see, you are on Mac. Did you update to macOS Sonoma already? If yes, then this is a known issue. And Cubase 10.5 will never be compatible with Sonoma.

I see now that my Mac has macOS Sonoma version 14.0. Is there more trouble to be expected? If it is not compattible, what should I do?

Hi,

You have to wait for a compatible Cubase version and then update. It will be either Cubase 12 (with an necessary update) or the upcoming Cubase 13. At this moment there is no officially compatible Cubase version.

Hi Martin. I understand the situation I’m in. Thank you very much for your coaching and advise.

Hola ! actualice a Sonoma y las pantallas aparecen de color rosa. Sin embargo el Cubase 10 no sufre ese problema y corre lo mas bien
Hello! upgrade to Sonoma and the screens appear pink. However, the Cubase 10 does not suffer from that problem and runs the best. (translate google)

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Cubase is not Sonoma compatible. Please read this article.
