Hi,

In Cubase, you can set a randomness of the MIDI Note Start position, which can work a bit as humanise. I think, Logic is also doing it via random start value.

Why are all the drum loops stiff and with no swing?

They’re simple enough, the Action panel can have explicit numbers, as here, or percentages. I just have several with different figures. Select the notes you want to randomise and execute the preset. Works with whole MIDI Parts, too, so I use them on things like keyboards, etc. [Screenshot (274)]

Position | Set Random Values Between | -10 | 10 // You can play with the Parameter 1 and 2 (values -10 and 10) to set more or less than 10 ticks.

These are up to you. Too much, and it will sound like the musicians are drunk, too little and you won’t notice.
Smaller values for up tempo, larger for ballads.
