Hello. Help. I left Ukraine where there is a war going on. My USB eLecenser is lost. I have Cubase 11. Can I upgrade to Cubase 12 without losing my USB eLecenser? If not, how can I restore the USB eLecenser? At the moment I am in Berlin.
I’m not sure you can fix it by yourself, so my best guess is you need to send an e-mail to Steinberg bout this, asap! I wish the best for Ukraine!

If your dongle is registered in your Steinberg account, you would be able to use Steinberg Zero Downtime, which gives you a license you can activate on a replacement dongle which you could purchase at Thomann in Berlin, assuming they have it in stock.
