I Need Help with Random Crashes in Cubase 12 on Windows 10

Hello guys! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I have been having a frustrating issue with Cubase 12 lately. Every time I am working on a project the software randomly crashes without any error message. It happens at different stages—sometimes while I am recording other times when I’m just playing back tracks. I am using Windows 10 with 16GB of RAM and an Intel i7 processor, so I don’t think it’s a hardware problem.

I have tried reinstalling Cubase, updating all my drivers, and even running it in safe mode, but the issue persists. I am not running any particularly heavy plugins, just some basic VSTs and effects. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice on how to troubleshoot or fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Look to see if any .dmp files are created when Cubase crashes and attach them in this thread. These would be found in:
