If i purchase C13 do i also get a licence for C12

Hi,

Current Cubase 10 Pro user here (yes, with the USB dongle).

The current Cubase 13 skin UI just does not work for me at all.
I was wondering If i purchase the lic for Cubase 13, does this mean that i can freely download and Run Cubase 12?

Also, does Cubase 12 still support VST2 format for windows machines?

Yes, as does v13.

My understanding is that you can run the versions FROM the one from which you upgraded TO the one to which you upgraded.
But my understanding may be wrong.
