I bought the Cubase IC Pro app and I cannot connect to my Mac.
Mac OS: 13.7.1
IPad: 18.1.1 (10th gen)
Nuendo 13.0.51
I have downloaded and installed SKI Remote on the Mac, and set it up as per the instructions (it now shows as a remote device in Nuendo), and have read all of the troubleshooting tips. However, IC Pro still says “No Computer Found”, even though I’m 100% certain they are on the same wi-fi. I also tried rebooting the router. Anything else to try?

Did any Firewall settings prevent Cubase iC Pro from working?
Is it possible to get a refund?
Cubase iC Pro for iOS is distributed through the Apple Play Store. Please get in touch with the Apple support to ask them for a refund for your app purchase.
