Issue with ARA and Vocalign: Clip Still Playing After Deletion

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering a problem with the ARA extension in Cubase, specifically with the Vocalign plugin. After applying the plugin to a clip and then disabling it, the clip’s content continues to play, even though the clip has been deleted from the project.

It seems like the file loaded into Vocalign remains in memory and keeps playing, as if it’s “stuck.”

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Do you know how to clear the file or prevent this behavior? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

ARA2 bug. Plugin is not removed, stays like invisible ghost

I’m using an ARA2 plugin called Synthesizer V. Here is the problem, after that I remove Synth V, it still plays from its own internal/local midi notes even though the ARA2 plugin was removed and there is no longer any mixer channel associated with it. How to unload/ end an ARA Integration from the Audio Editor?

I’m sure I’m missing something, but how do I close Wavelab or Spectralayers after activating them as ARA tools in the Audio Editor section? I’m just looking for a button to disable or unload them (CubPro14). Clueless and would appreciate any help.

Yes it looks similar.
But Ive tried to remove extension/make extension permanent and it doesn’t help. Captured audio still playing.
