Cubase 15 fails to launch if the system's username contains Chinese or Korean symbols [Windows only]

On a fresh installation of Windows 11 25H2, I installed Cubase Pro 15 using the Steinberg Download Assistant, but it fails to launch. The following error message appears: “The application was terminated due to an error while executing the file: C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 15\Components\hubservice.dll”. How can this be resolved?

Thank you, I reinstalled the computer system, the username cannot have Chinese characters, it’s solved, but now I have another bug. VST2 crashes when opened. Do I need the Pro version to use VST2?
