For what reasons ?
Is it a Bug? is it wanted?
How to find the loops ?

Short answer without following the links is:

  1. There is a workaround if.
    a) You are using Windows. or the Mac compatibility mode
    b) You have C11 and copy files to the right place and,
    c) Still use the Dongle.
  2. Because Steinberg doesn’t own that source code.
