I have figured out that when using the media bay for vsti presets…it reloads the vsti in the back ground each time you select a new preset as opposed to keeping the same vsti loaded and ready to sample the next preset…which causes delay!!!
The reason I believe this is that when sampling the Halion Sonic 1 ( full version) presets it reverts back to the initial patch SONIC Dancer each firkin time!
You can hear it for a split second before the new preset is loaded!
Does anyone here have the same experience?
Does anyone know if there is a setting that would prevent the unnecessary process of reloading the VSTi each time a new preset is selected in Media Bay?
