MIDI Logical Editor preset “Randomize Velocity (-10 to +10)” loads incorrect values (-127 to -127)

When loading the preset “Randomize Velocity (Relative -10 to +10)” in the MIDI Logical Editor, the value range is incorrectly set to -127 to -127 instead of the expected -10 to +10.

This makes the preset behave incorrectly unless manually adjusted.

  1. Open Cubase 15 Pro

  3. Add a MIDI track

Hello. It`s a Known Bug. if you depend from PLE, make a downgrade version, for example, C 15.0.10

Steinberg are working on this, I guess.

Kudos for the bug report though – this should be held as an example of how it’s done!

This is one of the main threads on this issue, also affecting the newly-released Nuendo 15.0.20:

PLE is fine, it only affects the LE. I know, they look alike and their names sound alike but they are not the same.

I confirm that this bug has been successfully resolved in Cubase Pro 15.0.21 Maintenance Update.

Also @MrSoundman , thanks for the flowers man. Just trying my best to give as much info as possible for the devs to work on this ASAP because this in an integral part of my workflow and I even have shortcut assigned to it.
