Midi modifiers Settings

Hello,
do someone know how to make the right adjustements so that I can separate my synthetiseur in two pieces, in order to play verses on my left hand and chruses on my right hand please ?

Hi,

On Track A (Left Hand) set the Range 1 to Pitch and values Min: 0; Max 60.

On Track B (Right Hand) set the Range 1 to Pitch and values Min: 61; Max 127.

Like this ? Because it still doesn’t work !

Because you set both ranges on the same track.
But you want to use two different tracks, one range per track.

Ok, I try but fail systematically, would you mind sending me a photo of the correct way to proceed, please ?

Sure:

@Martin.Jirsak , I just noticed that max value for Pitch is 120. By design?

Yes I can’t go over 120 ! But I need to have about 6 lines on the left hand, and 5 lines on the right hand !How can I do it, please ? Is it possible ? Or does it exist a keyboard that can do this ?

Hi,

You are seeing the Random values, but the Range values. The Range value is in the right column.

Yes, but There’s no “Pitch” value in the “Range Target” selection.

Hi,

Sorry, I’m away from Cubase atm. What targets are available there? Could you attach a screenshot with the given drop-down menu opened, please?

Of course

Hi,

Then use the Note Limit, please.

Then comes this screen

Hi,

Yes. Now set the Min and Max Limits (same as I explained above), please.

I can’t, it just writes american notes but it don’t talk about Pitch

Oh ok, I understand; Try it

Thank you, as a stupid french, I was not use to the writing of american notes ! Now all is clear. Thank youy for your wasting time and your patience ! Good evening

Oh boy, what a blooper from me.

Just to show a better screenshot, using Note Filter:

I don’t know about American notes, but Cubase refers to an English note system.
You might be able to switch the note naming to Solfège in the preferences:

… and now I have the “One Note Samba” in my head
