Midi notes hanging

Hi all, playing with my Kawai MP5 all midi notes are constantly hanging. Seems that they don’t get a note-off signal but the do (at least in Snoize). I am using a MacBook Pro M4, Cubase 14.

Midi recording with garage band works well and w/o problems.

What is it?

Did you update to Giolden Gate - it introduced this for some users/keyboards - They just updated C15 with a fix. No idea if 14 will see the fix as they already released the supposed last maintenance update for it.

macOS 27 input via midi keyboard result in hanging note

I upgraded to macos 27 and I notice that when playing my midi keyboard nektar lx88+. any note keeps playing, it seems as if there is no send off coming through. I changed the preferences, in see below. But no solution. Of course I restarted everything, (asked AI) but also no solution. Anybody knows what to do [image]

Thanks for your reply. Yes I updated to Golden Gate and (some time) before it worked well (no midi note hanger). So it’s seems to be a combination from Golden Gate and Cubase 14? Seems there is no other way but update to 15. If you know another workaround, please let me know.
