I’ve been programming Midi for 20 years and used to be a drummer so I can pretty much program strings, percussion etc to the click. However, once I open the editor, after recording a part, all the notes always land about 30 ticks to the left of the grid. This has been an issue for years. Other DAW’s, such as DP, Pro tools and Logic don’t do that.
Is there a way to fix this? Latency Comp etc doesn’t do the trick and I have pretty much zero latency when I press a key on my controller.
