Midi Remote Script Console pops up when Cubase 12 start

Hi,
I’m Cubase 12 pro user (latest updated), and from some weeks ago any time I start Cubase I get a popup window “Midi Remote Script Console” showing the information without errors

Is there any option to deactivate it?

Please upload a screenshot of that dialog.

If it’s a crash dialog,
see Cubase 12.0.51 crash - need to roll back to 12.0.50

I think there is not a crash., but i will try to go back to 12.0.50

I tried with 12.0.50 version and with the latest updated as well (12.0.52), but the popup window remains.
Any suggestions?
