My Cubase 6 problems

Dear all,

I need highlight from you. I am Cubase (since SX 2) user.
I came to switch from Windows 32bits to 64 bits (W7) and am facing the following problems.
After software installation:
1 - I have no access to the templates although I can see them
2 - I have no access to the bank sounds for Halion SE 64bits
3 - I have no access to the bank sounds for Halion One 64bits
4 - I have no access to the bank sounds for Groove Agent
5 - I have no access to the bank sounds for Loopmash

I did not find vstpreset files, only vstsound files

Installation has been done twice to understand what was wrong, with removing all easy visible files from steinberg.
ASIO VST links or services have been checked and ticked
I notice that ASIO cpu usage is quite overcharged compared to 32 bits

The other third party software are working fine as well as other sequencer brands.

My current config is W7 Home premium French/ Q8300/8 GB RAM in Admin mode

Problem has been solved however. I removed all files and reinstalled it after having removed the license key :nerd:
