Not created Soft-eLicenser under any installation options (W10 Pro 1909 64bit)

Hi,

Have you tried to install it as administrator, please?

Hello.
Same problem. The assistant gives an error like in the last screenshot of the user - atherien.
Cleaning all eLic files after deletion does not help.
All programs run as administrator.

The obvious way out with reinstalling the operating system does not suit me.

regards!
I kindly write to notify that it failed to activate my cubase AI. he performed all the processes and the soft elicenser does not appear in the elicenser control center. searched for the elicenser helper and don’t believe me the soft elicenser either. I have been trying for weeks to be conscious and have been unsuccessful.
Please, I request your collaboration to activate my cubase AI. I HAVE DELETED ELICENCER FILES FROM ROOT AND RE-INSTALLED AND THE SOFT ELICENSER DOES NOT APEAR

I have the same problem as all have listed before. Please tell me someone found a solution besides reinstalling windows and everything with it…

Same problem here, I purchased an Audient ID14 and they give a Cubase LE license (10.5 it’s supposed), I tried everything, except to format my hard disk, what it is not acceptable, and I can’t create a soft eLicense.
Please, we need a solution.

Same problem! I tried all things many times (except formating HDD) - it doesn’t work! I can’t use Cubase AI with purchased UR22C! We need your help! Steinberg, do something! Respect your customers! We paid money for that!

Same here! Have tried everything that has been suggested here (except format), and the problem persists, no soft-eLicense. What’s going on?

I am having the same problem with activating Cubase AI, the soft-eLicenser is completely missing come on steinberg.

the installation helper fails every time, op and others have said this.

Hi,

In this case, use the eLCC Helper, which generates the Soft-eLicenser Number.

Hi,

For this one, I’m afraid, there is no other solution but Windows reinstallation. I don’t come across other solution, sorry…

Hi all, I have the same issue that many users here:

I followed all the steps. Completely deleted the eLicenser Control Center, all the files, executed all with Admin permissions… nothing works, it keeps throwing that error page.

I just bought Cubase Pro 11. I can not believe the official solution for this issue which has been there for 1 year at least and affected to many users, is “Windows Reistallation”. I have a PC for work with docens of programs, reinstallation IT IS NOT AN OPTION. I have no particular interest in buying Cubase, me as everybody can work with any other program as they are all esentially the same and can do essentially the same. If there there is no other solution rather than “Reinstall all your f*** system”, I will ask for a refund.

Thanks.

Don’t know if it will help, but did you delete this yet?

C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft\SeLicenser.Sel

Hi Steve,

I deleted all under C:\ProgramData\Syncrosoft as it is specified in this web: https:// helpcenter .steinberg .de/hc/en-us/articles/206116944-How-to-uninstall-the-eLicenser-Control-Center-License-Control-Center

Very sorry to say this but Martin might be correct.

Obviously, if the Windows reinstallation is the only solution, it is because it removes something that is broken in the registry or in the data of the system. So, if you as company could search for that with your development team, with more or less effort, you could find it.

But, giving that only one solution, doesn’t say much for Steinberg as company who cares for solving the issues of its products. And when someone chooses you over the competence that can essentally offer the same thing, it is often because of the trust towards that company and its support for their clients.

At least, that is my opinion. I know it’s not your fault at all, and that you don’t have any power to decide about this. But I would like if you could say this to your bosses.

Thanks a lot.

fyi, as I say in my profile I am not a Steinberg employee.

There might be another solution, but to troubleshoot one must access the machine which has the problem. This is the big bugaboo for any kind of remote assistance.

Only SB tech support can do a remote session, have you opened as ticket?

You might try finding one of those force uninstall utilities, like a supposed registry cleaner…

My apologies then, yes, I did opened a ticket to try to solve this issue, thanks for your interest!

No apology needed, good luck, hope you get this sorted out!

I got the same problem. and I read all the discuss above. oh… the only way is reinstall windows 10? oh… oh… no. steinberg!!! my money!!! oh…
