The object selection tool Right click then left click is a bug.

In Cubase 14 the Object selection tool, i was able to right click then left click to change the tools without key commands.
I have a picture to show this function operated just fine in Cubase 14 but know-longer works in Cubase 15.

forward to see it fixed in the next maintenance update.
Noticed this a while back… couldn’t be bothered to report it; you get fed up after a while… (and you can still get access to the extra tools from the top toolbar - but that’s not the point.! I use the right-click toolbox extensively).
What’s really more annoying/exasperating for me, is that anyone was in this area of code at all, fiddling around and breaking stuff… What were they doing in there in the first place.? Why wasn’t the work thoroughly checked/tested - even after a proper (senior developer) code review of the changes made.?
Now, even though its been stated that this is an ‘already known and reported problem’, watch how long it will actually take to resolve. ;-(

Yes. It was broken in C14, then got fixed and now its broken again.
It doesn’t make Steinberg look good, does it now?
