Only meter input on consol3 ?

Hi,
I don’t know what I’m missing: I can only see my input meter and sliders on consol 3.
I searched in right clic menu, in every corner but there is no button for the history or racks etc…

So someone can confirm that it is a special consol only for monitoring the input?

I really can’t think that…
