Well, I have posted this a long, long time ago in defence of Steinberg, but now I’m getting impatient as well 
Judging by the progress Steinberg makes, it looks like Cubasis 1.8 will not be released before the end of this year… 
Prove me wrong Steinberg please…
i wonder why steinberg reps don’t chime in on a regular basis and comment / report on their progression. there are other devs that try to keep their users informed and sticking to their apps. so far i waisted nearly €50…
I get random snaps, crackles and pop on playback also. Ipad Air, 5 gig free, airplane mode, no extraneous apps. This is on a project currently with 20 audio tracks but the random noises happened when I had far fewer tracks. It doesn’t seem like the likely hood of noises grew with the number of tracks.
