here comes a new update (complete full version) of fp-wizard …
There are lots of new features and improvements. The entire script code has been revised and partially reprogrammed. In addition, several issues have been fixed.
What’s new and how it’s operated is described in detail in the release notes (pdf).
Here’s an overview of what’s new:
- set knob resolution for Quick Control to low / normal / high with button combination

- adjusting the fader U-position of the FaderPort to the 0 dB position in Cubase
- script-internal calibration routine for determining the fader U-position
- automatic secure shutdown of the fader motor when the fader is touched
- automatic suppression of redundant control signals to the fader motor
- option for to limit the lowest fader value
- new easy option to switch between +6 dB and +12 dB projects
- automatic correct adjustment of LED thresholds to +6 dB and +12 dB projects
- script-option: turn_off_motor_when_Zoom_Mode_is_active
- since the interim update: convenient EQ gain adjustment in 0.4 dB steps
- since the interim update: EQ gain adjustment without rubberband effect
- since the interim update: high resolution EQ frequency adjustment with useful fixed frequencies
