Thank you so much for your help. I checked the loopback and it was off. I turned in on and off and now the panning works just fine! 
Except for one thing which again is something that worked differently in LOGIC. When I put an effect in the main output channel (let’s say a reverb) and solo the hard left panned guitar I still hear reverb of said guitar on ther right side.
