Hi, I’m trying to use EastWest Symphonic Choirs from Quantum Leaps. The notes don’t sound in Playback mode, only if I click in them directly. Secondly, the notes sounds at the wrong pitch (minor second higher, sometimes even a minor seventh).
Can anyone help with this?

The tuning problem may be a difference between the sample rate of your audio card and the sample rate of your Dorico device setting (44.1 vs 48 kHz).
To the best of my knowledge, the Symphonic Choirs can work successfully with Dorico only if you use version 5 of the Play sample engine on Windows. There are several existing topics about using the Symphonic Choirs with Dorico which you may wish to read. Here is a recent one:

you didn’t say if you are using Wordbuilder voices but that’s where most of the issues have been. There’s now plenty of evidence that with Play 5.0.6, it can work on both Windows and MacOS platforms.
