Question: Dorico 6 - Problems with Multi-Monitor-Usage solved?

Hello to everyone who already upgraded - or the steinberg-team of course

I’ve got a question regarding the usage with two or more monitors…

With Dorico 5 I 've got problems using my second Display. See here:
External Monitor Issue
Obviously I’m not alone with that…

Is this problem solved in Dorico 6? I’d rather not spend another 100 € for the upgrade if it doesn’t run properly…

Thanks for any experience regarding this

These issues are all due to behaviours in the Qt application framework on which Dorico is built, and although we are using a newer version of Qt in Dorico 6 than in previous versions, my suspicion is that these behaviours will be the same in the new version.

You can try it out for yourself without spending any money: a 60-day trial version of Dorico 6 is already available.

Thanks for the tipp regarding the trial version :+1:
I just installed it and: NO PROBLEM with the second monitor so far
That’s really great news!

I also use two displays, and my previous display problems have all gone away since upgrading to D6.
