When drawing the line to enable recording for die MIDI fx above this line, the line will be reseted to the highest position when reopening the project.

Yes, that’s right. The features is not available in C12, if I imagine.

The feature was available in C12, but with different GUI. There were small Record buttons.

I can reproduce it now. Only on the Instrument Track. On the MIDI Track, it works as expected.
You don’t have to Quit Cubase, just Cloase and reload the project.
