Remove transpositions from abbreviated instrument names

Got a couple more, that I can’t find in the manual, forum search, google search, or noodling with the program:

1. How do I make the abbreviated instrument names get rid of the transposition (“in Bb” etc)? I only need the instrument names to state the transposition once --on the first system, on the first page–, of the score.

2. How do I put the transposition below the instrument names? By default it’s:

Clarinet in A

And what I want to do is:

Clarinet
in A

(except with the ‘in A’ centered under ‘Clarinet’)

Hiding/Showing instrument transpositions in staff labels

but it’s supposed to be this:

But that procedure only effects the name text, not the transposition text.
